Packaging We ship all items in a cotton lined white or kraft jewelry box, attached to jewelry cards, and wrapped in bubble wraps and tissue paper. We highly recommend storage of your jewelry in a ziplock plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.
Gift Wrap The packaging box can be used for gifting, the price appears on the jewelry card at the bottom and can be cut off.
RETURN POLICY
Returns/Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 15 days of purchase. Please email us at info@gemwala.com to let us know you would like to request a return. Please note that there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.
When returning your package, please include the following: 1. Unworn item(s) in its original condition 2. A copy/original invoice 3. Please let us know the reason for your return at info@gemwala.com, mention 'Return' in subject line. We strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.

Please return the item in its original packaging. Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. We are not responsible for lost items.
Repairs If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email us with your problem and we will let you know whether we have the material for repair and quote you whether there is a repair fee.
Crediting Your Returns We will credit your account on the credit card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We are sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
